Returns & Exchanges
We strive for perfection. If your selection is anything less than ideal, our simplified return process is designed to assist you.

Returns
Changed your mind, wrong fit, not quite the right shade? All good. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked whether you paid online or cash on delivery, the policy is the same for everyone.
Just make sure the shoes are unworn with clean soles and no signs of use and the original packaging is fully intact including box and tissue. If the box is crushed or missing, we cannot accept the return.
If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we cover it completely.

Exchanges
Wrong size or different colour calling your name? Email us first before sending anything back. This protects you in case your replacement is not in stock.
Contact us with your order number and what you want instead. We confirm availability, you send the original back via courier, and we dispatch your replacement once it arrives.
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. One exchange per order.

Refunds
We only issue refunds if your product arrived damaged straight out of the box such as a broken sole, manufacturing defect, or wrong item.
For everything else including change of mind or wrong size ordered, we do exchanges instead.
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will sort it quickly.

Exclusions
Shoes that have been worn cannot be returned. Once the soles are used, they cannot go back on the shelf.
Damaged or missing original packaging is not accepted. The box is part of the product.
Anything returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
If you are unsure, contact us before sending anything back so it does not get rejected.
