The Deal

By using our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. That's the deal.

If you don't agree, that's okay but you'll need to stop using the site. We update these terms when needed, and continued use means you're cool with any changes. We'll always post the latest version here.

Who Can Shop

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

By using this site, you confirm that the information you provide your name, address, payment details is accurate and yours to use. Don't impersonate anyone or use someone else's account. Not cool, and not legal.

03.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it by sending you an order confirmation that's when the contract between us begins.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund with no questions asked.

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery timelines depend on your location, typically 3 to 7 working days. For full details on shipping, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong, check our Contact Us page.

Once an order is handed to our courier partner, delivery is their responsibility. We'll always help you chase it down if something goes sideways.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, our Returns & Exchange Policy has everything you need to know timelines, conditions, and how to initiate a return.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible. We don't accept returns on sale items or items marked as final sale.

Our Content, Our Rules

Everything on this site, the photos, the copy, the branding, the design — belongs to STEP31 or our licensed partners. You can't copy it, repost it commercially, or use it without written permission from us.

Screenshots for personal use or sharing on social? Go for it. Just don't claim it's yours or use it to make money.

What We're Not Responsible For

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate but errors can happen. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that result from using our site or products.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Pakistani consumer law.

Privacy & Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. The information you share with us, name, address, email is used only to process your order and improve your experience. We don't sell your data. Ever.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

We'd always rather resolve things directly though reach out to us first and we'll do our best to make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the bottom of this page. Major changes will be communicated via email if you have an account with us.
